Aflac’s support of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) in Washington, D.C., continues as they become one of the newest members of its Corporate Leadership Council. Aflac was also a founding supporter of the museum – the Smithsonian’s newest - when it opened to international acclaim in September 2016.

Sofidel Circleville Facility Received New Yankee Dryer: A Key Component in the Papermaking Process

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio, March 6, 2025 /3BL/ - Sofidel is pleased to announce the delivery of a new Yankee Dryer on March 2nd, 2025, to its Circleville facility, marking a significant milestone in the papermaking process. The Yankee Dryer, considered the heart of a tissue machine, is intended to be installed on a new Valmet paper machine, the third one in facility whose start-up is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
