Pierre MAZEAU

Pierre MAZEAU has been working for more than 30 years at the French utility Electricité de France (EDF) ; after holding senior jobs in the field of human resources and participating in the negotiation of the first EDF global agreement on CSR in 2005, he spent 10 years of Head of CSR in the Sustainable Development department of the EDF Group (2010-2020).

As soon as 2004, he has been involved in several major international CSR projects such as GRI (Elected member of the stakeholder council of the GRI for 6 years 2008-2013), UNEP (Social life cycle of products) and ISO 26000 as the convenor of a standard setting task group ("guidance on core SR subjects") 2006-2010.

He has been in 2013 a founding member of the French National CSR multi-stakeholder platform depending from the French Prime Minister. He has been the Executive director of the French Global Compact network (1200 members) in 2013-2014 and the vice chair of the association EDH (Enterprises for human rights) 2014-2020.

He also teach CSR at Rennes school of business, in the Master Management of CSR at University Paris Est Créteil and in the MBA International CSR Management at Ferdinad Porsche FernFH University (Vienna)

He graduated from ESCP Business School and from University Paris Dauphine (Master in Human Ressources).
